Double I-485

My old company file I-485. I moved to an other company based on portability Act after 180 days. My new company start the process from the beginning. For some reason they didn't want to listen to me and continue my process. My first process stack on the FBI name check for last 2 years.
Finally, my last company come to the point to file I-485. They asked me info about first I-485. Is any body knows what will happened? Whould my first I-485 get cancelled? Both lawyers keep silence about that. I asked them number fo times - no answer!!!

-----------if you are eligible for AC21 then the first I-485 can be approved if you invoke AC21 or reply to USCIS RFE. if that employer revoked I-140 Before that I-485 was not pending more than 180 days then you may not be eligible for AC21
Whould my first I-485 get cancelled?
------------ if one file second I-485 the first I-485 is not automaticaly cancelled. your lawyer or employer cannot cancell it. I-485 belongs to you. you should have written A# on second I-485 form so that USCIS know that you have other I-485 pending. once any I-485 gets approved then the second pending I-485 gets denied as one cant get two I-485 approved.


Both lawyers keep silence about that. I asked them number fo times - no answer!!!
