double filing?
Hi,
I am in the stage of 485. I have applied for my wife also. But my wife recently got her labor approved from her company. Can she apply for I-140 for CP? If I get GC, Can she cancel her I-140 and reuse that labor for somebody else?

My friend and his wife started processing their Green Cards simoustaneously by their respective employers. She got green card before his I-140 approval. Processing from two offices did not cause any problem to them but I am not sure whether his labor certicate was used for some body's Green Card.
