Do's and Don'ts for TN Management Consultant category

Hi All,

I am soon planning to go for my new TN Visa under Management consultant category for a Big 5 consulting company. Earlier I had a TN visa under "Computer System Analyst" category. Under CSA category, a TN visa holder cannot develop, lead or manage in a project etc.

Is there any do's and don'ts for Management consultant.

What are they not allowed to do ? For example they cannot hire/fire people, should not involve in active management of a department or company etc.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

This opportunity is more in a Management consultant level, assisting in Advisory services to various clients. Previous opportunity was as a Solution Architect..hence Management consultant for this TN.

What are the do's and dont's for a Management consultant ?
 
I've heard that MC is scrutinized a lot. If your petition is strong, then you might be ok but you might have to do more convincing than you would have to if you were going with a category such as csa
