Don't know if I should be hopeful

My I-485 was filed in Feb 2002, and has been pending for over 4 years. I've experienced all the possible drama, such as Name check (pending for 3 yrs), 4 EADs, 4 APs, 3 FPs, one RFE. Last september, my name check was cleared and I submitted my RFE. I thought it's finally my turn, then the retrogression started. This Jan, after my PD became current, I emailed CSC and got the 3rd FP notice.

Last week, I got email from M. Beuno saying that my Name Check and Finger Prints have cleared, my case is requested from File room and should be processed in 30 days.

After so many years' waiting, and my hope broke one after another, I don't really know whether this is a good news or not. Just read Andrews' post, that he got similar email from M. Beuno in Jan, and now he's going to have an interview. I don't know when this will come to an end. Sometimes I just wonder whether there's a supernature that's working against us.

Hi,

I received similar response from M. Bueno this Saturday. He wrot that my name check and FP have been cleared. He mentioned that my case was assigned to an officer and that the decision should be made in next 30 days.
The only thing to do now is to wait and hope for the day to arrive...

Hi Ethan,
I am in the same boat. I applied my 485 in Dec 2001. All sorts of issues cropped up in my case that INs can think of. In January I have applied for my 5th EAD extension. Around 5th Jan 2006 I got reply from Mr.William saying,
it should process within 90 days... Don't know when their 90 days period will end.
Hang in there. I can totally understand your frustration.

Got LUD change

I got M. Bueno's email of "process in 30 days" on 3/8, then my LUD is changed on 3/9. Today (3/16) there is another LUD change. but Still, no news what's so ever. When will this come to an end....
