Hi,
Dear Friends, I traveled Hong Kong, Japan,China,India and Thailand total 7 trips.I have Arrival stamps for Japan,India, But I dont have Arrival stamps to HongKong. But I roughly knows how many days I was out for each trip.Because in HongKong when you have ID Card they dont stamp on your Passport so I dont have Arrival and Departure From HongKong. But I never live there more than 5 months this is 100% sure. And I mostly land first in HongKong then I travel to Japan,India,China. So I cant figur out exact days.
Its very big problem. What should I do?

Please Help me Guys.

Dear Friend,

I know roughly how many days I stayed not more than 5 months. Some time 2 months, some time 4 months like that.
So is there any Problem if we dont have correct dates? INS should have the exact dates.

Use month/year if you don't know exact dates.

Try to chek your airlines frequent flyer site (irf you have one). You'll be able to check departure/arrival dates.

So I should not write the day and month.Because in the Same Trip supose I travel from Us on Jan 1st 2007 and should arrive on Jan 2nd in Hong Kong and then I stay few weeks in Hong Kong and then I go to Japan. So I have that date when I traveled to Japan and From Japan or From, to India,China to Hong Kong. Center is Hongkong. So I can figur out only aproximate dates based on that dates.I dont have Hongkong Stamps only but I have all other countries stamps. So I should not write the exact day and month?

Let me say it again..you can use month/year if you aren't sure of the exact dates. For example, if you had two trips in March 2005 , one to China and one to India, then on application you would indicate March 2005 for both trips and mention the number of days you were out for each individual trip. The exact dates of travel are not important unless you're so close to breaking continuous residency or physical presence requirements.

If you did something like this: leave US -> Japan -> Hong Kong -> India -> China -> back to US, that is considered to be just one big trip, and you only need to write the date you left the US and the date you returned to the US (but list all the different countries for that trip in the same box in the "Countries to which you traveled" section).
