i wanted to know if i have to wait for uscis to send me a letter of withdrawal for my i-130 before i can file a new one, if so can i file a new one after i sent them the letter to withdraw it. i was the beneficiary of an i130(2yrs ago) and it never got approved i guess cos of name check and possible denial of my 1485 due to failure to submit rfe's on time. now i am newly married and my wife and i wanted to know if i have to wait for my x wifes withdrawal letter to come in, we can submit our forms once she has written, given them notice to withdraw.

any help wil be appreciated thanks

Firstly, lose the caps. It is considered shouting.
Secondly, if your ex-wife was the sponsor of an I-130 for you, only she will get any notification with regards to that I-130.
