When I arrived in the US, I didn't have my I-20 form with me, so they allowed me 30 days stay provided that once I got my I-20 (sent from my original home) I mail it to a/their department in Washington.
They required me to send the 30-day stay form, the I-20 and my I-94 departure card and I did that a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, they have not gotten it, or anything, back to me.
Now I want to leave the country to go on holiday in the UK the coming Tuesday and have been issued a copy of my I-20 form by my school.
Will not having an I-94 departure card be a problem when leaving/getting back in to the country? If so, what can I do about it?
