Don't have a service request confim #? read this post

If you opened a service request ..but don't have a confirmation number.. you can get it by calling the National S C.

You will need:
1) Exact filind date of I-485
2) DOB
3) First and Last name of applicant

The agent should be able to pull it up for you..I just got mine.

Why wouldn't someone have the confirmation # in the first place ??
The agent makes it a point to give it you upon completing the call .... and in any case, that # is pretty much useless .....
they tell you to call back only in like 60 days or so !
