I was little nervous earlier as it requires A# & address but as Rajiv is my attorney also (I have full faith on him) & after going through the posts **** Bad DL renewal expereince at NJ ***

i made the decision to......SIGN.
 
If only about 360 people signed the petition, CIS will interpret that those 360 people are concerned about the backlog and others can wait for even decades, If you don't say that you have a problem it will be interpreted that only 360 people are not satisfied with the service provided by CIS and the remaining about 300 or 400 thousand EB based GC applicants out of 1.3 million GC applicants are happy. So 99.9999999999% of the applicants are happy and CIS is obligated to satisfy only the unhappy customers.
 
If enough people do not sign, then that will give strength to BCIS to say that very few people (< 1%) support this lawsuit. The judge may throw this case out. That will be a big victory for BCIS and the processing time will move to 4 years :( . Conversely, if we win the case, the judge may rule that all the people who are part of the lawsuit, should be adjudicated immediately. Either way, those who don't sign, will be big losers.

It seems, In last 2 days number jumped from 250 to 360..

We need to keep couple of thread alive (in all service centers) which says about this lawsuit, and it also explains not to fear, so people can read and sign...

Edison, who is one of the persons who has filed the lawsuit against the I485 backlogs, got approved today. It tells us that we should not be afraid of fighting the BCIS. Please sign the petition supporting the lawsuit. More importantly, ask your spouse also to sign. I guess most of you have not asked your spouses to sign.
