Dont contact USCIS based on I485 dates on AILA.org

Recently I called USCIS based on the dates on
http://www.aila.org/content/default.aspx?docid=18408

The person at USCIS said they dont consider any of those dates. They only consider dates on the USCIS website, which is
https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/Processtimes.jsp?SeviceCenter=Nebraska


The dates on these two websites may not always be in sync.

Just wait a few days until the dates are official.

USCIS representitives won't tell you anything useful anyway. They try hard not to take your enquiries. Even if they take yours, their replies are again bogus BS. (Maybe nobody really know what your case status is - their systems are too complicated for them to understand )

This is exactly what I feel as well.

I enquired four times with USCIS and every time the answer is different.

1. delayed because of backlog

2. delayed because of security check (plus 2nd finger print is pending) -- got this through congressman.

3. delayed because of non availability of visa number -- through congressman

4. delayed because of security check again
