lost job 150 days into I-1485
applied for 1st EAD 151 days into I-485
found job 185 days into I-1485, salary 155%** of LC, similar description, different title
joined new job 210 days into I-485
AR-11 8/2002 (same state)
RFE - 06/2003 (EVL, tax returns, W2s)
Old Company's atty says not eligible for AC21
Fired the @$$hole
Consulted a few and retained new atty - replied to RFE 8/2003 (just after review Salary 177%** of LC in the EVL)
Contacted Senator Allen's office (VA) 10/2003 not sure if they called BCIS - I did not followup with them
FP2 - 11/2003
Applied for 3rd EAD 01/20/2004
AD - 2/23
Note: I-140 never revoked
