Done

No fair! My PD is 1/2003 and I'm still not approved yet!

Did you get an email first? Did you call them or otherwise prod them into dusting off your case files?

Jackolantern,
It is not just PD anymore for you, once you are current it is the 485 RD, that also matters. But looking at your recent LUDs I am thinking you will be approved very soon.

congrats esseyeb.

Yes, I know, I've been around here long enough to know that they're not going to approve cases exactly in the order of priority date (hence the  to show I'm not being serious).

But looking at your recent LUDs I am thinking you will be approved very soon.
I certainly hope and believe so, but the tension of being so close without knowing is killing me! :p

I know you are not serious, I know nearly 10 guys having the same RD as me in India EB2 and are current like me for the last one and half years. but we don't have recent LUDs.

thats why its good to have LUDs, usually that is a sign that something going on and your namecheck is done(just my observation). you still have three months, I don't think row eb3 would go backwards. If you don't want ot miss the boat then file an enquiry when you are current; you might have already thought about :)

Congratulations! FYI, it took me one week to receive the actual card after I got the first approval email.

mdh

I received an email of approval on 5/1. Then they sent the card to my old address of 2 years ago, although I filed the AR-11 as required. Interestingly enough, all correspondence since the move were directed to my correct address. And, no -- I did not do anything to prod my case.
