I guess in my case the employment letter had a mistake about my salary at the time of filing the 485.

1. The letter salary was reported less than Labor.
2. The actual W2 was 2.5 times more than the letter salary.

my avm says same old thing that your case has been transferred to local ins...........its not up-dated yet.
i dont care now its over, thank GOD.
planning to visit india now for 2 to 3 months around diwali
again this site is wonderful and helpful.
