Hi All,

I have talked to TSC IIO several times. Each time, I was told that they are processing 07/99 .. I talked to couple of Lawyer and as per them once you file I-485 EB category doesn\'t play any role. Then WHY I see some approval for 2000 (dates later than 07/99 as per TSC).

Rule of thumb says never try to analyze and figure how INS approves cases \'cos it is baffling to say the least. It seems like they pick numbers from a hat:-)!

I think TSC\'s approving pattern is something like this:

Country-->EB Cat-->PD-->ND

And no explanation for those exceptional ones.
