Don\'t blame NSC, check your own cases when you file it !!!

Yes NSC sux, but just watch rupnet.com\'s list, almost 50% of the cases got RFE, much higher rate compare to VSC and CSC. if those people check their application more carefully(a lot of people even got 2 RFEs) then NSC could be processing Sept cases.
The damn Birth Certificate RFE is not news anymore, don\'t understand why people still making this mistake again and again.

You might be right. But

Let me compare my case with my friend\'s case. My friend\'s wife was also pregnant. We went to a reputed doctor to get medical. they just did like that. she did not even had some vaccins. My wife had most of them, except one becuase my wife\'s preganacy was risk.
We got RFE, they did not.
What I found is, if they INS, find one fault (for ex: Birth Certificate) most probably you going to get either employement RFE or Medical or both. At NSC, they are all 10th failed candidates working(some even 7th standard), I feel. Nobody need to feel the same way. I feel
