DOL case status

How do I check the status of LC if I have the case number? What number do I call? I am trying to call the DOL phone number retrieval system but it's saying that the "case number cannot be located".

Which state did you file your LC? Is that case number belongs to state or regional state?

check the following AVM number for all regional DOL

mine was in California, I was calling 415-975-4617

I have the case number when the application was initially filed to the SWA. Is there a different case number assigned to the case when the application is forwarded to DOL?

Case # changes when it moves from SESA to Regional DOL.

How do I get the DOL case number? Will SESA be able to give it based on SESA case number?

SESA won't be able to provide that information.

Ask your employer/attorney to give a call to Regional DOL center where your case is pending.
