My situation is too good and too positive I guess. I have two approved I-140s as EB1 and NIW. The EB1 has been lingering on the I-485 step for the past 16 months. No end in sight.
That's why I am considering using the OTHER approved I-140 as NIW to apply for Consular Processing after filling I-824.
Can I have both cases going on at the same time? One here and one in the consulate back home? This way whichever comes first I can go for. My job by the way requires that I travel a lot so no big hassle for mere. I just want to get on the fastest possible way of doing it. I AM SICK TO MY EARS OF THE USCIS FOLKS HERE. They just treat us so terribly bad.
