Doing Business on H1

Hi,

I have a business opportunity offered to me, i am on an H1 and have applied for my I-140, i would like to know if it is legal for me to get into business on an H1

1) Will it effect my GC processing.
2) Can i legally do business on my name on H1
3) Can i register my own company as an Incorporation.

I would really appreciate if someone will be able to guide me through this.
