Doesnt suing the US Govt counts as working AGAINST the interested of the US?

I dont know, but I feel it does qualify...so it will NOT be shocking if they reinstated the "22k" winner(I have no idea why 78k are being ingored just cause they didnt check ) and then reject their visa app under the rule of inadmissibility: working against the interest of the US? ( you guys are basically saying, the US Gov is incompetent in this law suit)

think about it, u havent even stepped foot in this land and you already are suing it's Govt, why would they need you there? I dont wanna discourage anyone, but I think you guys are in for a wilddddddd ride to get a green card from a lawsuit against the Govt

No one is trying to overthrow the govt.
This case is hard to win,you will win if they want you to win.They have all type of clauses protecting the govt.
 
hey styles, next time read before you comment...nobody said an idiot like u or anyone in this forum has the power to overthrow the weakest Govt let alone a stron Govt....but if you read the immigration form that everyone has to fill up
in it there is inadmissibility reason: trying to overthrow Govt... trying doesnt NOT mean you can...and if the officer decides that a lawsuits qualifies for this rule( read my post carefully), HE WILL USE IT

and AF11, I like how u find the extreme case of my post and decided it was what you should comment on...working against the interest of the US warnts a denial, they dont have to to extreme length to for that.

THat's what I suspect as well. Why would they need protestors? These crazies have shown their intentions pretty clear, if something is not to their liking, they will sue.
 
I don't believe they will reinstate any of them, since the State department can look at 14 million other lawsuits from the people who were locked out of a fair chance...in lawsuits and settlements it is like a game...what will be the least costs...

I agree the names of the 36 people who are suing right now are in the system of the State department and they have shown an immigration intend and have to disclose that in the future. Even if they are lucky to not be discovered on their next visa application it can come up at any point...even if they receive at one point a greencard and that will mean they will loose that card. That has happened before.

A lady who was an elected official and came into the Country as a legal alien, followed the path and obtained a greencard. Later it was discovered she had voted before she was legally allowed to vote in the USA and her greencard was taken from her since this a criminal offense!

I don't know her name but it was on the news and in the papers at the time...
 
@styles,USADream,Bentlebee,you guys never can tell who might just be the next DV 2012 winners.cos i still believe that their would be some SHOKING RESULTS comes July 15.Most winners might not even be from this forum or others forums.some of these winners might as well be those outthere who are not even aware of any forums.You never can tell who would wn?

Why shocking? Of course most winners won't be from here. 100 000 people can't be all checking and reading forums. Or do you mean it usually happens that someone who doesn't care much about winning, wins ? In either case, we'll see.
 
DV entrants outthere who doesnt care about these showdown between Mr white and DOS might be the ones winning the lotto.

So you're saying they will track everyone whos been visiting forums and following the case and blacklist us so we don't get selected? Very unlikely.
 
@USADream,nah you got me wrong?nobody will track you for being in this forum.what i mean was that we have 14.7m qualified entries.Now how many DV entrants of these numbers are in this forum?i guess few,which means more millions are outther who might be of more winners,so you see we could have less winners here in this forum.
?by the way are we of a million in this forum?
 
Ok I see what you mean and that makes sense, like I said the new 100 000 to-be-selectees can't be all checking this or other forums. There's nothing shocking about it though. I just thought you knew something that would make the results indeed shocking or unexpected.

@USAnDream i dont think anything unsual will happen, July 15 will be.if not for Mr white lawsuit thats making DV entrants now a publicity.Tell me did you see the word MONEYBOOKERS AND DONATIONS in Mr white blog?i hope have not said this to you before?
