I have a RD of Mar 2003 for a EB3 I-485. Thought it would take another year before I get approved. Just received the notice today that my application has been approved. No RFE either....

I think it's not the CSC Pilot Program but the Concurrent Adjudication based on Fujie's Memo.

Concurrent filing started in August ' 2002.. Are we seeing any approvals with filing date after august 2002...

It looks like applications file between Jan and august 2002 are
dead in the water..

I applied concurrently for the I-140/I485 in mar 2003. 1st FP in May 2003. 2nd FP was not requested by USIS.

I thought I would just let people know since it seems like the date in the processing times notice is inaccurate or maybe just a conservative date

Yup I started the whole process in july 2001 and my RIR took almost 2 years so have been waiting for this for a while . Although I realize that some people have waited a lot longer...
