does your lawyer charge a fee for premium processing?

my lawyer wants $250 to file the PP application (on top of the $1000 for USCIS), is that reasonable :confused:
does your lawyer do the same thing? please share your experiences if you did PP through a lawyer.

the contract I signed had no mentioning regarding premium processing, by the way.

The only thing i can think of is that the 250 is your lawyers fee to filling the PP application the actual piece of paper which is a seperate form , pretty expensive for a single paper form.

Yes, you are correct. Anyone else got charged a lawyer's fee for PP?

No, because when we filed our petition, PP was not an option for EB11, so it did not come up!
