In fact - the one I went to in Atlanta - only the applicant was allowed in the building. The USC spouse was not allowed in and had to wait outside. My wife came with me just for the drive (which was 2 hrs) but I had told her that she probably couldn't come in, so it didn't bother her when they wouldn't let her in and she just waited out in the car. There were others that came and the spouses got really mad when they weren't allowed in.
wow!..in houston they do allow people accompanying the applicant to come in and be seated.. the biometrics place is always empty for some reason, i went there 2 times once with a friend and another time for my thing.. both times i hardly found any people ..and the seating was fully empty.. strange for the nations 4th largest city and one of the most upcoming immigrant cities..
