Does VSC considers my case as concurrent?

Gurus,

I am new to this forum. Can you please clarify if VSC considers my case as concurrent case?

I have submitted my I-485 application one month before my I-140 is approved. I read somewhere in this forum that TSC clarified that they treat this kind of case as concurrent. Does VSC treat these cases the same way?

My case details are below:

140 - ND: 07/14/03
140 - AD: 04/13/04

485 - ND: 03/17/04
FP1 - 08/20/04

Mine is a similar case. (Details in signature)
I don't know if it is going to be treated as a concurrent case or not.
I haven't recieved FP notice yet.
 
From what I understand, if the I-485 is filed before the I-140 is approved it's a concurrent case.
