Hi everyone,

I need to confirm one thing. I will graduate in August 2006 and my employer has my all documents ready to file for H1B under Masters quota. So, all he needs from me is a Letter from school saying that "I have completed all the requirements for Masters degree" and ofcourse the final semester transcript(I don't know how much a transcript is needed). So, my employer has told me to fax the letter and final semester transcript as soon as they are available to expediate the process and he said its fine.

My questions is that

--> "Is it Ok if I fax the documents to my employer ???????" Mailing will take 1-2 days and each day will be difficult to take that time.

--> Continuing after first questions, Is a signed letter from school and a transcript, both sent by fax to employer considered valid by USCIS Or Should it be original letter and original transcript? Does USCIS accept faxed documents in mail?

Any Ideas? Suggestions? Comments? Views? Any inputs will be useful.

Thank you.

Best Regards.
