Does TSC entertain your calls?

Guys,

The past month i have tried contacting the TSC few times. Even though the call gets transfered to TSC the IOs keep informing me that they no long give case status information. Did any of you experience this and is there any alternative?

Yes, they no longer give case status over the phone.
You can check the case status online or take an infopass.
N.B. Please do NOT multipost. Ask your question at one place and it will be answered.

If TSC is not giving case status, how did you know that your name check was cleared? (based on your signature you say that nov'07 your name check has been cleared)

This started to happen very recently. They were providing status until mid april if i remember correct. My NC got cleared in Nov and atleast 3 to 4 officers confirmed the same.
