Does transfer to local office occurs before of after FP ?

does anybody know ?

does transfer to local office occurs before of after FP ?

I just did my FP's, and wondering if they can still transfer my file to the local office. Can they transfer it at any time during the process ?

How about the RFE ? Can they send me RFE anytime untill the approvel of my I485.

Since they cannot approve your case without the FP being done, the odds are extremely low that they will RFE or transfer you BEFORE the FP is done.

Afterwards, they can do so at any time up until approval.
