Does this means RFE or something else?

Hi Guys,
This is the first time I saw a different message. Please
help me understand what it does mean.

My Case: EB2/RIR/ND: 3/7/03

Application Type: I140, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER

Current Status:

On October 29, 2003, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 14 days have passed and you have not received the notice, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.

I'll post details once I hear from a lawyer. Reading in this forum suggest that RFE is a good thing. I hope it's the same case for me as well.
 
If you have a RFE is your Lawyer the only person who would know the details OR is there a way we can find out the RFE's request .

My lawyer has put his name as a Contact Person for
my Employer. Either Employer or Lawyer are entitled to receive/inquire about RFE.
