Does this mean the GC has been mailed???

I saw this update over the weekend. Stamping done at Newark NJ on June 25th. Does this mean the card has been sent? For some people there seems to have been 3 updated before they recieved the card (processing complete, card ordered and card mailed)

"On July 16, 2004, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued"

Any input appreciated.

can be anything, right message should contain "...card order was completed..", but it's all messed up there. Hope for the better.
 
I got the same message on July26th. Can you please let us know whether this means that the case is approved?
