Pardon my ignorance but can someone please help me with this....
My lawyer sent my LC petition on 12/02/2004. This is what he sent me when I tried to enquire the status.
"Your Labor Certification was received by the North Carolina Employment
Security Commission on December 7th.
It was forwarded to the US Labor Dept. Atlanta office one week later on
December 14."
He also sent me two pdf files(one is a receipt that said they received my petition on the 7th and the other that said that it is being forwarded to Atlanta on Dec 14th)
However, what does this mean ? Does it mean that the state received it on Dec 7th and forwarded to regional on Dec 14th. Can it be considered "state approved" ???? and that it is at federal level or is this just a receipt from state and state still has to approve it. Can I just look at the federal/regional level tracker now ?
