Does this makes sense... Processing pattern

Had a conversation with an IIO few mins back, the criteria INS follow is the finger print report received on or before Nov 16. This information may or may not be true, is there any reason or evidence for us to convince that this is likely the pattern, I myself feel this is something new and unheard.

Did a sort on Rupnet, found how well I was fooled by that IIO

"the finger print report received on or before Nov 16." which year? 2000,2001, or 2002?

Two IIOs talking at lunch time :

IIO #1 : Did you check out immigrationportal.com today?

IIO #2 : These guys crack me up. Though our previous victims tell them about the games we play, still they call us and expect correct answers.

IIO #1 : Sometimes I feel bad for them. I really want to tell them that can't even access INS databases. But don't want to get fired so I don't tell them anything and just play along.

IIO #2 : Hey, its our job. We are doing what our job description tells us to do. I too find it hard to make up all this information we need to give them. But this is better than my previous car wash job.

IIO #1 : Yeah, I should not complain. Atleast I have a job. Come on, its time for meeting. I think the new consultant is here to tell us new ways of confusing people who call us.

It is probable that the IIO confused "finger print report" with the notice day (11/16/01) from the latest JIT report. Don't let the title "Immigration Information Officer" fool you. A IIO is a low paid worker that stares at a monitor and repeats what is in it.
