Does the transfer of my application to NBC mean that it will take longer for it to process?

I'm looking at processing times at the USCIS homepage but I am not seeing any for the National Benefits Center.
Will it take longer for my application to process at NBC?

The present procedure is all N-400 applicants are given NBC*--------- a 13 digit number 4 + 9 numeral. After initial processing it is sent to Local DO and N-400 processed at your DO. You could see your city time line in USCIS website. Normally it takes from 4 to 8 weeks for application to be forwarded to your DO.
