Are the companys tax records a required document OR the INS issues a RFE just like that . I am trying to understand why so many people get a RFE on tax records. If they were required ,all people should submity them.
Big companies will never give those details out, Imagine asking Microsoft to give their tax records and employees tax details, is it feasible.
On the other hand if it is a less turn over company the applicant should definitely try to submit the tax records and so on.
With the current memo from USCIS on May 4 2004. From now on these kind of applications will be denied rather than RFE'd. USCIS calls this as reducing Backlogs!!!!!!!!!!!!.
