I got an offer from a company but it is only one & a half year old and has around 11 or 12 H1's. This company was formed in First quarter of 2004.

1) Does the age of the Company matter in H1 and GC?
2) Don't know how much they made last year? I think they had a little bit of loss last year but I am not sure.

please advise..

For H1 age does not matter.
For GC does matter, company must be in good standing atleast 2 years with profit in the balance sheet.(2 yrs balance sheet)

2 years shud be at what stage

Thank for your response, I appreciate it. But was wondering as to 2 years shud be at what stage

1) 2 years At the time of start/end Advertising
2) 2 years at the time of or ending(when it comes to Officers Desk) PERM
3) 2 years at the time filing or ending(when it comes to Officers Desk) of I-140
4) 2 years at the time filing or ending(when it comes to Officers Desk) of I-485

Where do/does this 2 year start?
Just wanted to be more clear. And please add if you might think there should be any more option/s.
