Does the address matter?

My local USCIS office is well known in denying AOS cases of all kinds, I was wondering if it is acceptable to do my AOS in a different state from where I live to increase my chances. Alternatively can you do AOS in an office 200 miles a way from your current address but the same state?

You need to do it in the office with jurisdiction over your place of residence. Change your place of residence if you want to change the office.
