Applied for my I-130 on December 5, 2005
Filed for I485 and I-765 on June 25 2007
Interview date: October 11, 2007
Decision: IO told me that my name is clear from FBI and he would've approved my case, if my I 130 is approved. But there must be a mistake having your I-130 not approved yet.
According to the IO, I should have my Green card approved no later than the end of December.

Today, I found out that my I-130 was moved to Detroit Office.

Current Status: This case has been sent to another office for processing.
On December 4, 2007, we transferred this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN to our DETROIT, MI location for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action

Does that make any sense??
Please don't suggest to make an info pass appointment, because it is waste of time. I did 4 till now, and they are USELESS in Detroit .

Any ideas???

For me, I know it is a waiting game, but I am just curious.
 
that means that at the time of your interview, your I-130 has not been approved. That's why the local office (Detroit) has requested its transfer and it was in fact transferred to Detroit. Now, you need to make sure it gets approved, so that your I-485 can also be approved.

In normal cases, the local office requests I-130 beforehand and adjudicates both petitions at the same time - for example, at the interview.

I am thinking about waiting till january 11th. At that time, It would've been 3 months since my inetrview day.
