Does anyone know if Texas is still doing the concurrent processing 140 &485 for EB2 and EB3 PD current??? I don't see the approve of 140 & 485 together anymore these days. Do you know where we can find this memo?

no they are not

Please do not trust the USCIS to follow any policies they lay down whether by law or not.

Well, I've seen a couple of approvals lately. It seems that when TSC resumed its processing for I-485 applications, concurrent filers are still their priority while 2002 filers remained to be in agony.

They do what they want ..

Guys and Gals,

The fact of the matter is that TSC does what they want. There is really no method to the madness. Over the past few months I have seen the following trends -

1. Concurrent 140/485 cases filed in 04 and with current PDs have been approved with 140 being approved a few weeks before 485.

2. 2002 filers have had some approvals. These cases had their 140s approved a while back and had been waiting on 485 approvals.

3. 140s applied in the past few months have been approved with lighthing speed.

4. Numerous 03 and 04 140s remain pending while the processing date is shown as Jan 2005.

What can be made of the above trends .. nothing but pure madness. TSC should change their name to TMC (Total Madness Center) :)
