Does salary increase also matters for I-140/485?

Gurus!!

This might sound silly to ask but INS is full of surpirses, I am just wondering if salary INCREASE also matters for I-140/485 processing if it has increased two times from what it was in labor apps? Any comments would be appreciated.

non issue

Salary is a non issue during the whole GC process as long as it is more than the minimum wage applicable for the current job.

Sponsoring employer need to pay equal or more as in Labour only after approval and need to tell INS in case asked.

Before talking about the salary issue.. Please consider. GC IS FOR FUTURE JOB........... Thats it... Only the salary mentioned in ur Employment letter for their intention to employ u. That matters.
