Does Salary changes affect I-485 or GC processing ?

Folks:
I am right now getting paid at 100K with not benifits - However my company wants to reduce my salary and provide company benifits. But, my H1 and all other GC papers filed with a salary as 100K. I am concerned about the salary change on my GL processing.

Can any one tell me what might be the case? I am in EB2 (India) waiting for FP

As long as your salary is >= the salary mentioned on your Labor Certification Application, you should be ok.
