Simple question:
Does Premium Processing = more RFEs (I-140 EB1/OR)?
I am thinking of upgrading my I-140 from regular to premium as USCIS have started allowing premium I140s since June 22nd 2009.
However my lawyer says that she has been seeing tons of RFEs these days and doing premium will almost certainly guarantee an RFE.
Is there any link between premium processing and the chance of getting an RFE?
