does premium (EB1-OR) processing hold after responding to RFE?

I had a premium EB1 OR I140. Received RFE and submitted the response 2 weeks ago. Was I supposed to hear by now or the premium processing is only used for the initial I140 review? Are you guys aware of any rules regarding this?

it holds true for RFE as well. They have to respond within 15 days of receiving the RFE
