Does Philly INS accept courtesy copy for PP stamping ?

I received the courtesy copy on 7/16, but my lawyer has not received the original approval notice yet. I am thinking of going to the Philly INS on Friday to get my passport stamped. Has anyone had any problems using the courtesy copy for PP stamping ?

My lawyer was emphatic that I take the real thing and not the courtesy copy when i went for my stamping in Philly.

My lawyer also asked me to wait for the original notice to arrive, but it seems that many people got their PP stamping done with the courtesy copy. It just doesn\'t make sense that INS would not mail out both copies at the same time.

All that is a moot point now, because my lawyer received the original approval notice today. I will be able to get my passport stamped on Friday, after all.
