Does online status change after pp stamping?

I got my passport stamped about a week back....

Does anybody know if the online status changes from approved to received pictures for GC or something like that?

If so how long does it take to travel from local INS to VSC?

No. It doesn't.

It changed

for me after almost 25 days. Now it says cards ordered. Dont kow when I will get them though.
