Does online msg change once card is mailed?

you will see the LUD and as well as email
i got 485 approved on 15th of august and email said, approval notice has been mailed. One day before that, i got 3 mails from USCIS, saying after approving your case, card has been ordered.
18th august, one more mail saying: card mailed and also i saw LUD and message changed.

i got an email from uscis that my card has been mailed yesterday. we moved to new place in the month of April and we sent AR-11 form.
But i came to know from this forum, that i have to l CIS and change address, i did call her yesterday, but she said, it is too late to change address.
she gave me fax number of Nebraska region, and asked me to send my new address. I did that, but my card was already mailed.
I called my old address post office and asked them, whether the mail will be forwarded or not, she said, they forward all the mails except if sender write on the envelop "Do not forward this mail" then the post office send this back to sender
My question is:
when we receive physical card, do they write any thing on envelop, like Do not forward or any other message.
