Does Name Check hold up I-140 ??

Just wondering if anyone knows whether the FBI name check holds up the I-140. I sent the FBI an email inquiry but no response. I'm guessing that's why my case still hasn't been touched. I'm also from Egypt, so maybe that's the problem. However, I don't have a common arabic name.

I'm just trying to figure out what my problem may be. No RFEs or anything, March applicant. RIR, non-sub, EB3.

I don't think CSC is doing 140/485 concurrently any more

for semi-concurrent applications. One of my coworkers got his 140 approved a couple of weeks ago, but has not got 485 approved yet. So logically they should not hold up 140 for name checks.
