My wife went to China last month w/ AP in hand. Her status is AOS just like mine. When she comes back to U.S. later this month, is AP + I485 receipt enough or do I need to give her my own I485 receipt because I'm the principal AOS applicant ?
I was not asked for anything other than my passport and AP document when I entered on AP this year. I would think having her own 485 receipt notice should suffice although they don't even ask for it.
