1. Does my father & mother require seperate interview appointments for visitor visa when I'm inviting both parents to visit me?

2. Also when I send them invitation letters & other visa related papers e.g. Affidavit, paystubs, bank letter, employment letters etc. do I need to send two copies to them one copy for each visa applicant?

3. When visa fees is deposited in HDFC bank, do we need to deposit seperately for each visa applicant.

4. On the interview day, will their names be called for interview seperately or can they both interview with the same officer at the same time slot?

5. When they fill out application to schedule an interview date, will they need to fill two applications, if so how will it be possible to get the same time slot / officer at the interview day?

6. If both me & my wife jointly hold bank accounts that we are showing for bank letter, will both of us need to jointly invite our parents or can I alone call them even though we jointly hold bank accounts.

Your experiences / answers to each of the questions above will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Both your parents will be adjudicated as separate cases. So it is very much possible that they will be called for an interview on their own. Don't be surprised if one is given a visa and the other is not. I have seen that happen. This is one way of ensuring that the couple returns to their country of permanent residency.
Best of luck to both your folks. I hope both get their visas.

So should parents schedule appointments on different dates?

So should my father and mother schedule different interview dates to increase chances of getting the visa?

Forum please share your experiences on how you scheduled interview dates when you wanted both father & mother to visit USA.
