Does Moving cause a huge delay (Switching DO's from Helena Mt to Phoenix Az)

We are moving out of state the end of this month and hopefully that dont cause another huge delay...We are moving from DO: Helena Montana to DO: Phoenix Arizona...Our oldest has alot of medical and mental health issues so this move is needed for her otherwise we would have just waited it out to get the interview done here, and should you submitt the change of address befo re we leave or once we get to Phoenix? My GF is willing to come get my mail here and send it donwn to me in phoenix but I didnt know if that was such a smart idea..Anyways thanks for the input I appercaite it alot

I have the same question. I remember reading somewhere the delay could be several months up to a year, but I'm not sure, and I would like to get a more accurate time frame.

Anyone?

(By the way, I'm moving from coast to coast, a little less than 3,000 miles!!)

Change of address :TROUBLE .

I had been through change of address issues , and I was told at the infopass to file an AR-11 . The I-130 was still pending , so I had to fle another form for change of address there too .
To be sure , I scheduled another Infopass appointment 15 days later to check the address .
My DO was changed from Hartford to Providence , there was not much of a time difference , my case was golden .....

I hope its not going to be trouble, we have to make this move for our oldest she has a brain malformation she has had 2 brain surgeries and she may need another and has alot of mental health issues and phoenix has the medical and mental health facilities to help her...So i pray all will be ok w/moving
 
I wish you a smooth transition , and I hope your daughter feels better. I will keep her in my prayers .
 
Thank you she will be going in for tests once we get moved for her malformation and as long as the tests come back ok then she wont need the surgery they will just adjust her meds...She has bi polor and some other mental health issues and Phoenix has better places to offer her the help she needs for her mental health...I just hope its not going to delay things with my AOS and my EAD
