Does LUD changes when you receive FP Notice?

Sometimes

My son got his (1st) FP notice this week and the LUD date is still
Nov 2002.

For my other applications, there were LUD and status (to FP sent) changes.

The answer, like everything BCIS is:
Sometimes.
 
From what I have seen on these forums, LUD does not change when you get the FP notice, but it does change when the FP results are received by USCIS.

I got my FP notice, but there has been no LUD change.
 
It's been a long time since I heard of the LUD / message changing upon the FP notice being *sent*. From the scanning that nemessis has been doing, it could be that they stopped doing this as of July this year.

When the FP results are received, the LUD / message often changes to "FP received" (usually within 6 days) but some people have gone all the way to their approval and the LUD / message never changed.

hi, I got my FP1 recently by mail for me and my wife, and both LUD changed to 10/22.

My 1FP has been done on 16oct04, but my LUD has never been changed since the ND 16sep03. Is it normal? Did you mention some people get approval even without LUD change since the ND? Thanks a lot for your reply.
 
You can not say !!

For my spouse FP1 message changed when they mailed FP1 and LUD got updated as well. For me nothing happened. LUD changed after one weak of FP1 ( Standard case has resumed message )
 
Got FP Notice - no change in LUD.

I recieved FP notice 2 days ago for Nov 16th. So far, the LUD has not changed at all.
 
hey skb123 , my 485 RD also 10/16/03, I just got my FP1 notice for Nov22,
mine is EB3 category, what is yours?
do you know reason why its getting delayed for you for your FP1...
