Does Local INS workload has any impact on VSC GC approval process?

Does Local INS workload has any impact on VSC GC approval process? Like FP is scheduled by Local INS depending upon their current workload. My RD is in July 01. I am in Bay area, CA and I got Late FP in March 02. I am asking because every one has to go for PP stamping to Local INS. Is there any chance the local INS will notify VSC or any other corresponding INS service center about their current workload for PP stamping?
 
dude...what has passport stamping got to do with local INS workload....

are you trying to apply the same logic as is the case in FP....well there you are right...

but approval notice is sent by VSC....and you just have to go local INS for stamping......does it mean then that VSC would check with local INS....before issuing approval notice...like checking with local INS when they would get the time for stamping so that they can send out the notice of approval appropriately.......

2 separate issues...man I don\'t see any link to each other.....
