I am a manager and my employer wants to file for L1A (blanket). However, my employer wants the flexibility for me move around in the USA across multiple client sites. I have heard that L1A does allow this flexibility. Is this correct?
Also, my employer said, i do not need a "specialised skills" form for L1A. This is necessary only for L1B. Is this correct?
